You can contact us at any stage for advice, support, and to discuss your options.

Our Helpdesk is managed by dedicated support workers who are able to offer immediate advice and support to anyone experiencing domestic abuse.

The Helpdesk accepts self-referrals from those experiencing or directly affected by domestic abuse and professionals who are working with those who are experiencing or are directly affected by it. 

The Helpdesk is able to offer advice around:

  • Safety planning
  • Advice on safely leaving a relationship
  • Assessing risks posed to individuals experiencing domestic abuse
  • Referrals to ongoing GDASS support, such as group work and Floating Support
  • Referrals to Places of Safety and refuge
  • Referrals to other agencies for other support needs
  • Signposting to other agencies for support

You may be concerned about a friend, family member, or colleague experiencing abuse. Please read more about how you can support friends, family, and others.
